Autumn Term
Our PE days are Monday and Thursday. Please ensure earrings are covered or removed on these days.
How can I support my child at home?
Reading
Children will read with an adult in school once a week - please make sure they bring their reading record and book every day.
Reading at home is really important and will support your child's progress. Please read with your child 3 times a week and share their successes in the reading record provided.
Phonics
The current scheme we use for teaching phonics is Floppy's Phonics. Here are some links to fun games which enhance the phonics teaching and learning in school and support your child's reading skills for the Phonic Screening assessment in June.
